Account creation and security responsibilities
Account registration requirements
Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the s1000rr platform. Registration requires accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information is a violation of these terms and may result in your account being suspended or closed without notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account information current at all times, including your email address and any personal details required for identity verification during the withdrawal process.
Password & login security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. s1000rr will never ask for your password via email or live chat. If you suspect your account has been compromised or your password has been exposed to a third party, you must change your password immediately and contact our support team.
S1000rr is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence or failure to keep your login credentials secure.
Platform usage rules and user responsibilities
Users of the s1000rr platform agree to comply with all usage rules set out herein. The following conduct is strictly prohibited while using this platform:
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised method to access or manipulate the platform
- Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the platform's security systems
- Using another person's account or sharing login credentials
- Engaging in fraudulent activity or identity fraud
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in a manner that contradicts the terms of those offers
- Opening multiple accounts to take advantage of new member offers
- Using the platform for any activity that is unlawful under Malaysian law
- Disrupting other users' experience on the platform
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of bonus balances, or permanent account closure, at s1000rr's sole discretion.
Payment information and MYR transaction policy
All financial transactions on the s1000rr platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposits are made using a payment method registered in their own name. s1000rr does not accept deposits from third parties.
Accepted payment methods include TNG eWallet, FPX (via local Malaysian banks such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, and others), and direct bank transfer. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
Withdrawal requests will be processed to a local Malaysian bank account registered in the same user's name. s1000rr reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding certain limits. This is standard procedure to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
S1000rr is not responsible for any delays in payment processing caused by third parties such as banks or payment service providers.

Liability limits, account policies and intellectual property
Liability limits
S1000rr is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis without any express or implied warranties regarding its accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Account suspension and closure
S1000rr reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or is identified as a duplicate account, without prior notice. Balances in accounts closed due to a terms violation will not be refunded. Users whose accounts have been closed without valid reason may contact our support team to request a review.
Intellectual property
All content on the s1000rr platform — including graphic designs, logos, text, icons, images, and software — is the exclusive property of s1000rr or its respective licensors. Copying, redistributing, or using any of this content without written permission from s1000rr is strictly prohibited. Links to third-party websites found on the platform do not imply that s1000rr endorses or is responsible for the content of those sites.
Changes to terms and applicable law
S1000rr reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of these terms will always be available on this page. It is the user's responsibility to check this page periodically to stay informed of any changes that have come into effect.
Continued use of the s1000rr platform after any changes to these terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must stop using the platform and close your account.
